If you are a legitimate, brick and mortar Sporting Goods Dealer and would like to become an October Mountain Products Dealer, Please complete the following procedure:

• Complete and submit the information fields in the form below. An email with your information will be sent to us, then you will be redirected to a form confirmation web page.
• Download and print the Dealer Application (word document) at the bottom of the confirmation web page.
• One of our Business Development Associates will be in contact with you to answer any questions and help you to complete the application process.

You will be required to submit the following information to complete the application process:

• The Dealer Application, completed and signed.
• A copy of your business/state sales tax license.
• A copy of one of the following forms of advertising: yellow page listing, magazine/ newspaper ad, business card, etc.

Your Dealer Application will be placed on hold if all required information is not provided.
